CANCELLATION POLICY

48 HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a reservation will result in a one-night charge. To avoid a cancellation fee, canceled reservations or early departures from a multiple-night reservation must be made before 3 p.m. 48 hours prior.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice and is subject to availability.

 

A credit card with a valid ID is required at check-in. In addition to any room charges, a $100 incidental hold is placed on the credit card. This hold will be released at check-out after any final charges are determined.

 

PETS
There is a $15 pet fee per night per pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest rooms for any reason. Pets must be leashed and secured outside of guest rooms. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and performing all pet actions.

Any additional cleaning due to a pet will be subject to up to a $200 fee.

 

SMOKING
This is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Smoking and vaping inside rooms are strictly prohibited. You may be charged additional fees for non-compliance.  There are smoking areas on the property.  We ask that all butts be disposed of in the appropriate way.
